Masvingo Pirates netball team coach, Lennie Marange says preparations for the tournament set for Bulawayo this weekend are going on well.
“We are grateful that preparations for the tournament are going on smoothly and we are quite hopeful that we will prevail over our opponents though we are seen as the underdogs,”said Marange.
“We are training hard everyday and may we pay tribute to those at Chitima market who are assisting the team with food,”he added.
The tournament will kick off on 25 to 26 September this weekend and Masvingo Pirates has been paired in group D with teams such as Black Rhinos, Platinum, Chinhoyi University of Technology, Harare district and Blanket Mine.
